Terry Lyn is the newest addition to the Big West Realty sales staff. A Rocky Mountain native, born in Montana, Terry is a welcome member of the Big West staff. First licensed in Sidney, Montana, she began her real estate career there in 1982. Moving to Wyoming in 1986, Terry became licensed in Wyoming. She has taken many real estate related courses to perfect her skills in the listing and marketing of real estate and holds the GRI designation. Terry's experience has been broad through all types of properties, including residential, commercial, land, recreational cabins and retreats plus agricultural properties including farms and ranches. She is a real Western type girl who has stories to tell about her experiences with gathering and trailing cattle, bucking horses and all of the things that are part of Western ranch life. She enjoys everything in the out-of-doors including hiking, skiing, horseback riding, and four wheeling. Terry Lyn is the proud mother of three grown children, two daughters and a son who have blessed her with six active grandchildren. Whatever your real estate needs are, listing and selling your property or buying a new home, land, a business or a production farm or ranch, Terry is an ideal person to call. Lauretta Blackstone Walker is a Wyoming native, born in Cody. Lauretta’s great grandparents homesteaded land in the Meeteetse and Cody areas, and her grandparents and parents continued to ranch in the area. Lauretta brings a love of the land and of nature, together with an interest in optimally meeting client needs as a real estate associate.
